Award wining chef Russell Robertson oversees the internationally acclaimed Pittormie kitchen to produce a variety of dining options created from locally sourced produce.

The superb food is complemented by a wide and varied wine cellar to suit every taste. Pittormie has a unique relationship with various Maisons, and our General Manager Fiona McIlroy or Head Butler Michael van der Veen will be only too happy to help you pick out a unique vintage or bottle for every occasion.
